بدأ المحاور اللقاء بكلمة تحفيزية حول فضل العمل في الأيام العشر الأول من ذي الحجة، وترحيب بالحضور والدكتور المحاضر، ثم أحال الكلمة للمحاضر مشكورا مأجورا..
شَكر وأثنى على النادي والمشرفين عليه، ثم شرع في الحديث عن قواعد العقود والشروط، فبيّن معنى الشروط ودليلها من الكتاب والسنة.
ثم انتقل إلى قاعدة الأصل في العقود والشروط الجواز والصحة، فبيّن معنى القاعدة وشروط تطبيقها، ودليلها من الكتاب والسنة، ثم انتهى إلى أمثلة هذه القاعدة فأفاض فيها وأجاد.
ثم عرض لقاعدة الأصل حمل العقود على الصحة، فبيّن معناها ومثّل لها بأمثلة كثيرة من واقع المعاملات المالية المعاصرة.
وكان ختام اللقاء بعد تكريم الدكتور المحاضر، وشكر الحضور على صبرهم وتفاعلهم.
