تقرير حول اللقاء التاسع والخمسين من برنامج “مساحة حواء”

 

التاريخ والتوقيت: 10 صفر 1444ه/06 سبتمبر 2022م (20:30- 22:30)

عنوان اللقاء: مهارات لغة الجسد في بيئة العمل

المُحاورة: أ. مختارية بوعلي

المُحاضرة: أ. مها الأحمدي

(أ.مها الأحمدي؛ مدربة تطوير الذات، حاصلة على بكالوريوس تربوي في اللغة العربية، وحاصلة على عدة شهادات تدريبية وعدة مهارات في التدريب والتعليم وإعداد الحقائب التدريبية، تقدم دورات تدريبية في تدريب المدربين وفي فن الإلقاء والخطابة وإعداد السير الذاتية والمقابلات الشخصية.)

بعد افتتاح المجلس من طرف المُحاورة والترحيب بالحاضرات وإلقاء كلمة تحفيزية حول طلب العلم ورفع الهمم والعزائم والصبر على المشاق، تمّ التعريف بالأستاذة مها، ثم أُحيلت الكلمة إليها لتباشر محاضرتها والتي كانت حول: مهارات لغة الجسد في بيئة العمل، حيث تطرّقت في المقدمة إلى التعريف بلغة الجسد وأهميتها، ثم مدى اهتمام ديننا الإسلامي بلغة الجسد، ثم بيان مجموعة من الحقائق المتعلقة بلغة الجسد. انتقلت بعد ذلك إلى بيان أهم القواعد في لغة الجسد.

كما تطرقت إلى مسألة لغة الجسد ودورها في بناء الألفة من خلال المظهر الشخصي، الابتسامة، فن المجاراة. كما بينت بعض الدلالات المتعلقة بثني الذراعين في لغة الجسد، مع إيراد بعض التوصيات.

ثمّ ختم اللقاء باستقبال بعض المداخلات الصوتية من قبل الحاضرات في المجلس، ليتم تكريم الأستاذة مها من طرف محاورة الجلسة بشهادة شكر وتقدير.
