تقريــر حول اللقاء الحادي والثلاثين من برنامج “رسائل جامعية”

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، وبعد:

ففي يوم السبت 25 جمادى الآخرة 1443هـ الموافق 29 يناير 2022م، على الساعة: 19:30 – 21:00 بتوقيت الكويت

تم اللقاء الحادي والثلاثون من برنامج رسائل جامعية، بإدارة فضيلة الدكتور فتحي لعطاوي، مستضيفا الباحث:

مراد بلعباس

من أجل عرض أطروحته للدكتوراه الموسومة بـ:

“قاعدة التقابض في العقود المالية وتطبيقاتها في الفقه الإسلامي” -دراسة مقارنة-

وقد تطرق المحاضر إلى النقاط الآتية في اللقاء:

– التعريف بموضوع الأطروحة وبيان أهميته

– إشكالية الدراسة وأسباب اختيار الموضوع

– منهجية البحث ومنهج عمل الباحث في الأطروحة

– الخطة المتبعة في إعداد الأطروحة

– نتائج البحث المتعلقة بقاعدة التقابض وعلاقتها بالعقود المالية

– نتائج البحث المتعلقة بقاعدة التقابض وأثرها في عقد البيع

– نتائج البحث المتعلقة بأحكام التقابض في بيوع الأموال الربوية وفي عقد الصرف

– نتائج البحث المتعلقة بأحكام التقابض في عقود الصرف المستجدة

– أهم التوصيات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع

وبعدها تم فتح المجال للحضور الكرام الذين جاوز عددهم 320 مشاركا من أجل طرح أسئلتهم وإضافاتهم في موضوع المحاضرة؛ مع إجابة المحاضر عنها، ليتم ختم اللقاء بشكر المحاضر والضيوف الكرام، والقائمين على النادي جميعا.
