تقرير حول اللقاء الخمسين من برنامج “مساحة حواء”

 

التاريخ والتوقيت: 05 شعبان 1443ه/08 مارس 2022م (19:30- 21:30)

عنوان اللقاء: الأحكام المالية الخاصة بفقه الأسرة -رؤية مقاصدية-

المُحاورة: أ. مختارية بوعلي

المُحاضرة: د. منال عبد الله علي أحمد

أستاذ مشارك بكلية الشريعة والقانون قسم أصول الفقه بجامعة أم درمان الإسلامية بالسودان، حاصلة على شهادتي الماجستير والدكتوراه في أصول الفقه من جامعة أم درمان الإسلامية بالسودان، ولها مجموعة من الأبحاث العلمية المحكّمة المنشورة.

 

تمّ افتتاح المجلس من طرف مُسيّرة اللقاء بكلمة ترحيبية وتحفيزية للحاضرات حول أهمية التخطيط لتحقيق الأهداف واغتنام أوقات الفراغ والعُطل في طلب العلم وحضور المجال والاستزادة من أبواب الخير، أُحيلت الكلمة للدكتورة منال لتباشر إلقاء محاضرتها والتي كانت حول الأحكام المالية الخاصة بفقه الأسرة -رؤية مقاصدية-. وقد تناولت فيها ما يلي:

1/ مقدمة حول أحكام الأسرة المالية في الدين الإسلامي، والتعريف بأهم مفردات الموضوع.

2/ بيان أهم الأحكام المالية المتعلقة بالأسرة كالمهر، النفقة، المتعة والخلع، والميراث والوقف والوصية.

3/ التعريف بكل حكم من الأحكام السابقة مع بيان المقصد الشرعي منه وما يترتب عليه.

وفي الختام تمّ استقبال بعض المداخلات من طرف الطالبات حول الموضوع وأجابت عليها الدكتورة، ثمّ تمّ تكريم المُحاضرة من طرف محاورة الجلسة قبل نهاية المجلس.

والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتمّ الصالحات.
